SHARDMARCH

The enemy plays on your board too.

A hero party of mage, archer and knight facing a red dragon, with glowing gems between them

A tactical match-3 RPG built on one idea: you and your enemies share a single grid. Every match activates whoever owns those gems — so a careless cascade hands them a turn, and a well-read board turns their own move against them.

Coming soon to Google Play See how it plays

One board, two sides

No invisible enemy turns. Enemies take real swaps on the same grid, hunting their own gems and avoiding yours.

Your party owns the colours

Each hero claims a gem type. Matching it damages, heals, shields and charges that hero's special. Change the party and the whole board changes meaning.

Enemies that play, not cheat

They follow the same match-3 rules you do — then go further: locking gems, dropping blockers that split the board, draining your charge, shielding each other.

A role triangle that matters

Guardians beat Strikers, Strikers beat Mystics, Mystics beat Guardians. Pick your target freely — it costs no move.

Special pieces, earned

Four in a row makes a Line Clear. T and L shapes make a Bomb. Five or more makes a Color Burst. Chain them and the board does the work.

Bosses that change mid-fight

The Red Dragon and the Necromancer Lord shift phases as their health falls, gaining abilities and telegraphing devastating casts you have a window to stop.

100 stages, 10 chapters

Each chapter is built around one idea. Early stages teach a single concept; later ones demand you combine everything. Earn stars, upgrade your Castle, go back out stronger.

No in-app purchases

No energy timers. No paywalls. No booster shop. The whole campaign is there from the first launch. Optional rewarded ads exist if you want a boost — ignore them entirely and nothing is gated. Plays offline.
